Multi user access now available for Mailgun customers

Mailgun customers with multiple stakeholders do not need to use the same admin account credentials, and that's why we created multi user access in Mailgun.

This was originally announced on December 28, 2015.

We didn’t want to close up 2015 without releasing one more feature for our customers. We’re pleased to announce Multi-User Access where users can now create multiple users for one account.

Mailgun customers with multiple stakeholders do not need to use the same admin account credentials (and we recommend that they don’t), making it easy and more secure to manage their own account.

A few notes:

  • This feature is only available to users that have a credit card on file

  • Although role-based access is not available with this version, the next version will have this capability

Below are some screenshots on how to get it set up.

Once you log into your control panel, click the Settings drop-down menu and select Users.

Once in Account Security, click Invite new user on the right-hand side of Control Panel Logins.

Finally, enter the name and email address of the person you would like to invite. They will receive instructions via email on how to set up their Mailgun user account.
